Another trip I loved was when I got to go to Paris a few summers ago.  I went to a teacher seminar called Oxbridge and had the chance to be in Paris for 10 days.  We got to see a lot of wonderful things that are not the typical "tourist" sites like The Cordon Bleu cooking school and a French flea market.
