Easter food

We had a fun dinner party for Easter and everyone brought a dish to share.  
Great salad with goat cheese- there are even edible flowers in there!
Lamb shanks with feta
This adorable little nests are made out of Phyllo dough and my favorite Easter candy.
Here is my contribution:


I love tomato, mozzarella, and basil salad.  I also love this picture- Andy told me it could be in a cookbook and that made me so proud.

Being the photographer I never actually get a picture of myself but that is okay :)

  1. Those egg nests are soooo cute! Where did you learn how to do that? I need that recipe to take to my family's Easter celebration...oh wait, we arent invited anymore! Maybe I'll find another reason to make an edible egg nest.
