La Sagrada Familia- Cathedral by Gaudi
This looks like a Star Wars version of the cross
This is one of the most unique cathedrals I've ever seen- it kind of looks like it's been melted. Gaudi didn't have a chance to finish it before he was killed but they are still working on it to finish it in the style that he would have wanted. Gaudi loved nature and wanted his designs to reflect what he felt God would have created to blend in with nature.

Dang it my eyes are closed! But I like this pic of me, Louise and Shae anyway. Both these girls are Aussies living in England and we became pretty close on the trip. We are all actually meeting up in February in Dusseldorf for the big Carnival celebration!




You don't know how excited I was to see this!! If I still lived in the states, no way would I have eaten there. But considering I live in Germany and there is no good TexMex anywhere around I didn't feel so guilty. It was like going home- Tex Mex food, Cowboys on the TV, Longhorn and Marine Corps banners up everywhere!

I really liked this town but we didn't stay very long since we were driving to Cordoba. It was a beautiful place!
